Telecoms and Internet conference opens in Moscow.

The majority of items published in the 8th issue of the Internet Inside journal, which came out on April 18, deal with the DNS naming system.

On March 31, 2018, the Moscow arena of the Cherenkov Spartak academy hosted the nationwide charity futsal tournament, the 10th Communications and IT Cup. The MSK-IX team joined the silver league after the group stage matches and won the first place.

On March 23, 2018, Commercial Director of MSK-IX Yevgeny Morozov took part in the roundtable, New Services and Opportunities of Internet Exchange (IX) Partnership, which focused on changing the role of traffic exchange points in the market, on developing new IX-based services, upgrading IX and increasing its profitability. The speaker shared his experience with the MSK-IX development path and its rapid transformation into a multi-service platform.

MSK-IX, a trusted element of the digital economy and the center of an active community of telecom professionals, has been awarded the ISO/IEC 27001:2013 certification Information technology – Security techniques – Information security management systems – Requirements. This certification is published by the International Standards Organization together with the International Electrotechnical Commission.

Between January 30 and February 1, Moscow’s Crocus Expo hosted the “CSTB: Telecom & Media’2018” Exhibition-Forum.
