MSK-IX amends the Technological requirements

MSK-IX introduces amendments to the Technological requirements for provision of Moscow Internet Exchange service as of the 1st of September 2012.

The MSK-IX Technological requirements are a set of rules that ensure secure traffic exchange and high quality of services provided by MSK-IX. Derived from our operational experience jointly with our customers, the new edition of the Technological requirements simplifies and lays out in a more transparent manner the acceptable usage policy of the MSK-IX network.
