Ducktv is a niche television channel for small children aged from 0 to 3, who are not yet used to watching cartoons with action and dialogues. Toddlers under two years have an attention span of two minutes. They also can’t use a tablet or a smartphone yet.

The ducktv television channel was created to help moms who need at least several minutes of free time. Parents can turn on the TV in the background and be sure that nothing will scare their children; television programs will draw their attention with simple but colorful visual patterns and videos that will entertain and calm toddlers. The channel offers European content developed in cooperation with child psychologists, which helps children develop their cognitive, visual and auditory abilities, and boost their emotional and intellectual development. The channel programs are designed mostly for children between 1 and 2 years of age, but there are also educational programs for 2- and 3-year-olds and cartoons to study English words.

There is no advertising, so parents can be sure than no unauthorized content will “hypnotize” their child.

Ducktv is broadcast in the HD format and is only available on Medialogistika. It was not represented on the Russian market earlier, but after appearing on the platform, it proved to be highly popular and several operators already receive it and broadcast to their audiences.

When commenting on the decision to cooperate with the platform, Sky Media General Director Irina Ilyina said that it was made to a large extent because of the positive experience of working together to organize terrestrial broadcasting of other channels.

“The Medialogistika platform provides the entire range of services to deliver the television signal all over Russia in a prompt and quality manner. It offers reservation and promptly responds to all requests,” Irina Ilyina added.
